1. QUALITY OF SERVICE.

For your convenience and our quality control, Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing detailers will go through a checklist at the end of each detailing to ensure all areas have been cleaned. No services are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. Our detailers will do their absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. I

 

2.PRICING.

Price is subject to change pending on the condition of client's vehicle due to the additional time and chemicals needed for completion.

3. THE CLEANING TEAM.

Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing detailers are highly trained and experienced in vehicle detailing. All detailing associates are professionally trained and certified by Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing. Our cleaners may work in teams of two or more depending on the size of the job.

 

4. PHOTOS.

By booking your appointment you are agreeing to allow Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing to use pictures of your vehicles for marketing purposes, including use on our social media pages and website.

5. PREPARING THE VEHICLES.

If for any reason Client does not want a particular area of the vehicle to be cleaned or detailed, please let us know before we begin a job. Any personal items found in the vehicle will be packaged and placed in bags and removed from the vehicle. Items will then be returned to the vehicle when the detailing is finished. Client agrees to not hold us responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside or outside the vehicle.

 

6. PREEXISTING CONDITIONS AND DAMAGE.

We will check the condition of the vehicle for any existing damage during the pre-inspection and will take pictures of the vehicle prior to starting the job. Client will not hold Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing liable for pre-existing damage.

 

7. HIRING OF MINNESOTA MOBILE INTERIOR DETAILING STAFF.

All of our detailers have signed a Non-Compete and Non-Circumvent Agreement with Minnesota Detailing. Therefore, they are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his or her behalf or on behalf of any third party during their time with Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing or from (3) three years following their leave. Client agrees to not hire past or present detailing members for a period of not less than three years from the date the team

member last worked for Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing.

8. CONFIRMATION.

We require confirmation, either by phone, email, or text, of all appointments the day before and in some cases, on the day of the appointment. Day-of confirmations are necessary when mobile appointments are scheduled. If we do not receive proper confirmation, the appointment will be canceled.

 

9.RESCHEDULING.

We reserve the right to alter, move or cancel a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
